Part 4: Managing Availability

This step helps you define when you're available—and when you're not. Setting availability ensures you only get booked when you're ready, with full control over your calendar.

📅 Availability

  • Open Schedule: Mark blocks of time when you're ready to accept jobs. This is independent of your listed Business Hours.
  • Calendar Logic: The system automatically considers your set availability before accepting customer bookings.
  • 💡 Tip: Set availability at least 48 hours ahead to avoid last-minute booking conflicts.
  • Edit Anytime: Update your availability anytime from the Booking Settings → Availability tab.

🛑 Set Unavailability

  • Time Off: Block out dates when you’re offline—vacations, truck maintenance, or downtime.
  • Override Protection: Ensures no bookings are accepted during unavailable dates, even if default hours remain open.
  • Use Case: Perfect for avoiding last-minute conflicts or ensuring crew coverage.
